Reiki 1 Shoden

Reiki 1 is called Shoden in Japanese, which translates to first teachings. This level awakens your innate healing abilities and activates a deep and dive connection between you and the Universe, and everything in between.

The focus of this course is to heal your mind, body and soul on all levels, by learning how you can clear your energy centres, in order for you to come back into harmony. Reiki 1 is available to everyone, even if you have no previous experience or knowledge. This course is designed to meet you wherever you are at along your healing journey.

Woven into the teachings are mindfulness and meditation practices, anchored with the embrace of nature. Reiki 1 is a transformative container to awaken to your True Self.

Although this step is really all about you coming back to your essence, the course will include practical sessions so you can feel comfortable working on friends, family, and any lucky pets straight away. This training is a very grounded spiritual experience which offers an abundance of practical tools you can use across your life for support with everything that being human entails.

My live teaching days are held at my house in Hayes. The nearest station is Hayes (10 min walk), or Bromley South (20 in walk). From Central London: 20 minute direct train from London Victoria, or a 40 minute direct train from Blackfriers.

For those driving from further afield, there is plenty of free parking.
