I was always very connected as a child, however due to a mixture of childhood trauma and being funnelled into the working system, I lost touch with my natural intuition and ended up shutting down emotionally.

 

Unfortunately, these emotions built up over time and eventually erupted into a chronic anxiety and panic disorder by the time I was 18.

I realised that I needed to seek alternative ways of healing. I discovered different types of therapies which opened my eyes up to a whole new way of thinking and being. This was my first experience with connecting with myself.

 

I then went on to experiencing lots of deeper, more spiritual types healings techniques, such as Reiki, chakra healing and past life regression. These therapies completely transformed my life, and I managed to heal myself completely from my trauma, depression and panic disorder.

 

By the time I was 25, I wanted to seek a new path in life, one that aligned with my inner calling. I knew that I was being guided to help people and essentially give back. 

 

After finding the healing practice of Reiki, my purpose transformed into a life's mission of assisting anyone and everyone in healing their mind, body and soul.

Using this divine healing modality, I will guide you in healing trauma, anxiety, illness and any imbalances stored within your body; reconnecting you to your soul vibration. I know what it feels like to be stuck, anxious, lost, disconnected, and held back by fear. I have been there! But thankfully, since being blessed with the magical healing technique of Reiki, I now live my life in complete harmony balance with the universe.
