The harmonious sounds of the chakra-tuned singing bowls, combined with the powerful healing energies of Reiki, will delicately realign your body's energy centres, rebalancing your physical, emotional, and spiritual body.

Originating from Japan, Reiki is a beautiful ancient technique that utilises unconditional love and universal energy to restore emotional balance, and invites tranquility into your life.

The Reiki experience, lead by Becca, will consist of hands- off Reiki, being intuitively guided to the areas of the body that need healing most. To enhance the healing, Lauren will play deeply relaxing sounds, guiding you to reflect inwards and offering the opportunity to release and let go.
