As the energy of summer unfolds around us, this immersive Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath invites you to slow down, release tension and reconnect with a profound sense of inner peace.

Through guided meditation, gentle energetic healing and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state where the body can rest, the mind can soften and the nervous system can let go.

Yoga Nidra, is often called a "yogic sleep," as it's a type of guided meditation that sends you into a state of deep relaxation where the body can rest while your mind remains present. As you settle into this restorative class, the gentle frequencies of crystal singing bowls will create a soothing soundscape to support your mind and body in letting go. Reiki Healing will also be infused through.

This evening is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
