With just 5 spots available, this small-group setting creates a personal and nurturing space. Open to everyone, including beginners, you’re invited to slow down, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself.

Each session is unique, combining guided meditation and breathwork with Reiki healing to help ease the body and quiet the mind.

As part of the experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to select oracle cards, offering an extra touch of magic touch at the end of the class.
